Lake Wentworth is located in the municipality of Wentworth-Nord.
It is a one and a half hour drive from downtown Montreal.


To get to the lake from Montreal:

  • Take the Laurentian Autoroute (15N) to Saint-Sauveur, exit 60 (about 1 hour).
  • At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Rue Robert.
  • At the next set of lights, merge right onto Chemin Jean-Adam, following the signs for Morin Heights. Continue on RTE-364.
  • Once through Morin Heights, continue for approximately 6 km.
  • Take a left at the first sign for Montfort.
  • Once through Montfort, turn left at the Y-junction, following the signs for Laurel.
  • Drive 13 km to Laurel, past the church, the town hall, and the dépanneur.
  • 1 km past these markers, take a left at the Y-junction (three-way stop) and continue on Route Principale.
  • Drive on for approximately 2.5 km. The three entrances to the lake are on the left, first Rozon, then Lebeau and finally Lobel.
